Chad Johnson is a certified personal trainer, martial arts instructor, and performance coach with over 25 years of experience helping adults build strength, confidence, and resilience.
A 5th-degree black belt and lifelong student of movement and mindset, Chad blends functional fitness, martial arts, and practical nutrition coaching to help busy professionals train smarter, stay injury-free, and perform at a higher level—physically and mentally.
